Coach Lyndsay's journey with Team Canada has been nothing short of extraordinary. For her, it's been one of the greatest experiences of her life, filled with challenges, triumphs, and the unbreakable bond of teamwork.

From Canada far and wide, Coach Lyndsay joined four fierce women to represent their nation on the global kettlebell stage. United by their passion for Kettlebell Sport and their dedication to showcasing the strength and spirit of Team Canada, these women gave it their all on the platform.

Each athlete faced their own challenges, from jet lag to injuries, to differences in lifting atmosphere, and long days of watching and waiting to compete. However, each lift was a testament to their resilience and determination. Win or lose, they stood tall with pride, knowing they had given their all for Team Canada.

Coach Lyndsay achieved what she set out to accomplish: to lift alongside some of the greatest athletes in this sport. She is satisfied with her rank among world athletes, bringing home an official rank, Candidate Master of Sport (CMS), and overall 4th place in the Open Category, 30 Minute, One Arm Long Cycle with the 20kg Bell. Coach Lyndsay competed in the 70kg+ Bodyweight category, one of the toughest categories in the I.K.M.F.

Beyond competition, Coach Lyndsay's vision extends far into the future. Inspired by her journey and the incredible athletes she had the opportunity to meet, she is determined to help grow the Kettlebell Sport community in Canada and nurture the next generation of champions. She is already coaching three local athletes to begin their own journeys with Team Canada very soon. For Coach Lyndsay, it's not just about winning medals, but about instilling values of courage, discipline, and unity in every lifter.

As they return home, Coach Lyndsay and all of Team Canada carry with them memories that will last a lifetime. Their journey may have reached its culmination in Nyborg, but their legacy will endure, inspiring future lifts and others to reach for greatness and proudly represent Team Canada on the world stage.
