How often will classes run?

Classes will run 4 days a week for 8 weeks. Check out our schedule above.


How many classes can I attend per week?

You are welcome to attend once a week, twice a week or for every class! Your attendance frequency is up to you and what aligns for your lifestyle and body. 


How long are classes? 

Each class is 40 - 50 minutes. In this time you will achieve a workout and proper mobility to take care of your body between classes. 


Do I have to join for the whole session? 

The short answer – No! We offer multiple payment and class options to fit everyone's lifestyle. 


Do I have to have experience? 

ZERO Kettlebell experience is required! You will learn every skill needed to move the kettlebells efficiently and achieve an effective work out every time. 


If I don't attend the first class, can I attend partway through?

Absolutely! Classes are individual to each day, you are not required to attend one to move to another. 


When is the best time to start kettlebell bootcamp?

When it aligns for you! You are NOT required to wait for a session to start - Start TODAY!


How do I sign up?

Head over to our online booking page and sign up for class! Don't forget to Enter promo code 1STCLASS, if you are a new member! 


Can I sign up for me and my friend? 

Unfortunately no, each member is required to make their own profile and sign their own waivers. Once you have both signed up, you can choose the same classes to attend! 


Can I Drop in without signing up? 

Registration is required to attend class. Our coaches need to be prepared to receive new members as this may take a bit of time to help them get set up.
