Hey! I'm Coach Lyndsay

Founder of Total Recovery Massage Therapy & Wellness, Registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Certified Kettlebell Instructor, Certified Movement Coach, Master of Sport as a Kettlebell Competitor, and Cold Water Immersion enthusiast.

I am passionate about restorative mobility, foundational strength, competitive kettlebell sport lifting, and mental/ emotional wellness. I have witnessed the benefits of proper kettlebell technique and conditioning for my own personal recovery and the recovery of many others

I've made it my own personal mission to change the way fitness is viewed. One form does not fit all, and I absolutely love watching people of all backgrounds discover wellness and recovery through functional kettlebell strength and mobility. 

Dream Becoming Reality

The inspiration for this club goes all the way back to 2009, I found an incredible community, one hell of a coach, and a form of fitness that had me feeling incredibly strong without feeling broken. I felt supported for who I was and inspired to reach for my highest goals and that is exactly what this club represents.  I wanted to create a welcoming place that was free from judgement and inclusive, no matter who you are or your level of fitness. 

In each session I bring passion, my knowledge of injury recovery and my compassion for others and blend it with the functional strength and conditioning of kettlebell fitness to offer full body restoration. I understand each person is on their own journey and I am here to offer aid along the way. It is incredibly important to me that everyone feels heard, supported and welcome. I've made it my own personal goal to assist each individual as they navigate their recovery and wellness path.

I run small group sessions focused on Kettlebell bootcamp, traditional girevik kettlebell strength and conditioning, foundational core strength, and injury prevention through mobility practices. With each class, you will get a hands on coach who focuses on gradual performance, strength, and encourages you to honor what your body feels.

Kettlebells + Bootcamp = KettleCamp!

KettleCamp training has left thousands of people excited to move their body! KettleCamp training combines hundreds of  kettlebell and body weight exercise combinations to deliver the highest level of Kettlebell Bootcamp workouts in existence!

KettleCamp was built to maximize results and eliminate wasted time. 


KettleCamp is safe for all - As intense as KettleCamp session can be, they were created with inclusiveness being top priority and thus, can easily modify to all levels of fitness and physical limitations. Pro-athlete or new to this form of movement, all levels of fitness are welcome in every class.


Recovery is also a major part in KettleCamp fitness - we move through mobility and stretching as a class to make sure everyone feels their best before moving on with their day.
